I’ve recently been diagnosed and have found this podcast to be profoundly useful in supporting me understand myself and taking positive steps to help myself through this journey. I found the anecdotes really comforting as I could recognise some many of my own traits and don’t make feel so much of a d**k as a result!

This car-crash of a podcast should be avoided at all costs. The attempted humour is atrocious, the hosts present themselves as the opposite of subject matter experts, and the production quality is on the floor. In short, if (like me) you suspect you have ADHD, you’ll feel right at home.
