These three wonderful people can help all adults with ADHD to understand themselves better. The at times pelagic method of presenting is also very funny, heartfelt, informative and compassionate. If you or someone you care about is an adult with ADHD then this podcast is a great place to learn...Read full review »

I love this podcast! Although I live too far away to get to one of James’ “little talks”, I have learned so much since being a late diagnosed AuDHDer. I love the way the three of you interact and use science and research, not just opinion. But also that you are so honest about how hard it can be,...Read full review »

This podcast has been an amazing resource and emotional support, as I get my head around my middle aged diagnosis. I’m 100% sure I wouldn’t appreciate myself and what I’ve dealt with, half as much as I do, without Sam, James and Alex. I’ve also gained the confidence and the ability to talk about...Read full review »

I’m not joking - this podcast is one of the highlights of my week. It makes Monday mornings much more bearable! I’ve learned loads, and I feel less alone with my struggles, knowing that they are not just me being useless, but The Thing. Best of all, this podcast makes me cry with laughter. I’ve ummed and ahed about making this comment. I discovered this podcast when I was first diagnosed and was looking for material to learn about my new diagnosis. At first I found it really refreshing. The silly joking mixed in with fantastic information from reliable sources and delivered by...Read full review »

And less about taking each others medications… zopiclone and zolpidem isn’t what you should be encouraging or even mentioning. Still love you guys but I worry for people going not versed on the negative effects of these meds. The take away from the recent episode was the only way to sleep when...Read full review »

Generally a well rounded conversation covering many issues. The intro music is a bit depressing

As most I stumbled on this show by accident while looking for information on Adult ADHD. The best way to describe this show is: 2 PHD Doctors (not medical doctors) and Mrs ADHD (Squirrel in a cage 😂) later in the podcast discussing day to day issues and questions one may have about ADHD....Read full review »

Thank you very much to all three of you! I’m waiting for a new episode every week. I got much of your chatter, especially after getting an ADHD diagnosis last year. My partner also enjoys listening to you, and he now sees so many common traits between you and me. I most enjoy that you use a...Read full review »

Was looking forward to a British podcast related to ADHD, but this seems more like just 3 failed comedians who still think they have a chance. The swearing comes across a bit tryhard, which matches the humour.

Although the language is different to the kind of words I usually use (it deserves the E for explicit!), it’s strangely like listening to my brain if I could actually say some of the things that go on in my head. I like the structure which is, I realise, one of the reasons I can’t listen to many...Read full review »

I love this podcast and have them playing most of the time while I potter around doing other stuff. I find it really helpful to listen to people who function (or don’t) just like me! I find it genuinely refreshing to listen to the grittiness of ADHD rather than talking about it in a clinical way....Read full review »

I, as well as my partner and her daughter all suffer from ADHD. We are big podcast listeners and a lot have transformed our lives. Thought this would be good. The ADHD Adults Podcast is awesome and gives us an explanation of a lot of ADHD related topics without ‘dumbing it down’. I’m currently bingeing the episodes during my runs.

I have struggled through many episodes. The information is excellent, but sadly it is drowned in a constant flood of unnecessary profanity and the humour is based on the berating of one of the hosts. It is such a pity as the hosts are well educated and knowledgable.

This car-crash of a podcast should be avoided at all costs. The attempted humour is atrocious, the hosts present themselves as the opposite of subject matter experts, and the production quality is on the floor. In short, if (like me) you suspect you have ADHD, you’ll feel right at home.
