“I, as well as my partner and her daughter all suffer from ADHD. We are big podcast listeners and a lot have transformed our lives. Thought this would be good. Maybe a bad week (episode 81) but little insight to anything, just people telling each other how rubbish they are. I am sure they are all very nice people but my head hurts and have turned off three quarters of the way through. Sorry guys.”
