“Really enjoy your daily podcasts. I made the Kalau Pig today. Followed recipe given and it was great. Once pork was cooked, I remove pork from pot and then added cabbage, onions, red potatoes and small ears of frozen corn on the cob to pot and seasoned heavily with a Cajun seasoning. Cooked for ten minutes, natural release fo 8 minutes. It was delicious.”
