Description
It’s been a bit since the last episode. My dad loved sports, jokes, and dessert. He gave great advice and picked out such thoughtful birthday cards. He fought countless health battles for 30+ years and was an incredible example of dedication and resilience. A month ago he was badly injured and passed away shortly after. So I want to share with you my thoughts on what helped me deal with a family illness and cope with the death of a loved one. I want you to picture a sturdy table. The four legs or pillars support the table and hold it up. You are like a table, and you need support – especially during difficult times. So here are my four legs or pillars of support: Yourself, Family, Friends, and Therapy. .   .   .
