“I love the variety of topics, the guests being interviewed and Ginny is such a sweet host. If taken up a slight notch, it would be a solid 5 star podcast! The flow in conversation isn’t always smooth. A lot of time the quotes from the author’s book are shared by Ginny and then Ginny expounds on the quotes and gives personal stories rather than let the guest handle expounding and storytelling. There needs to be some further editing of the podcast when there are longer pauses or bunny trails. Obviously these are recorded with video but just listening to audio it is harder to capture the energy enhanced by the visual. Also, can Ginny get an updated photo of her beautiful self for the podcast cover? 😉😍 Keep up the good work, 1000 hours outside team! Your impact is huge!”
