As an actor, Matt Del Negro’s 10,000 Nos is my go-to podcast. He has walked the walk in the craft and the entertainment industry, and brings all those years and experiences to this venture. His transparency is so refreshing, opening a portal of learning, not only from his wealth of knowledge,...Read full review »

The podcast 10,000 No’s may be one of the best podcasts out there. Although most of his guests have an art background, this podcast (and his book by the same name) is for anyone who’s had to face doubt, obstacles, rejection, etc. attempting to reach their goals. I listen to many podcasts, and I...Read full review »

Matt Del Negro’s 10,000 No’s is subject matter that comes from the mind and heart of someone who exemplifies the essence of a true actor , viewed through the lens of how the journey and business really work. However, the sage advice that come from his book & podcasts applies not only to ...Read full review »

It’s refreshing to have someone like Matt who is not scared of being vulnerable himself while asking good questions to pull the back curtain of the reality of peoples life and to give a reminder that we are all human. Highly recommend!

I usually think I am pretty motivated and have the inner to fire to accomplish my dream of being a great actor. But every fire needs stoked, needs fuel, need attention, or it fizzles out then you are cold and that is a terrible feeling. So add fuel and Matt’s podcast is a premium fuel! Pour it on...Read full review »

Can’t believe I hadn’t heard about this until Matt’s interview on “Back to One.” This is solid gold - you rarely hear shop-talk this detailed during interviews. The Mark O’Brien chat is one of the best I’ve heard.

This podcast is straight to the point, honest, insightful, and helpful. I feel like Matt (and his guests) get the daily grind we face as actors and speak directly to where we’re at. Thank you Matt for this. I especially enjoy the bite-sized Monday Morsels. ⭐️

I’m late in listening to this April episode and as I shuffled through @10,000nos I’m so thrilled I landed on Matt’s interview w DB. The theme that really came through for me (because it’s what I needed today!) was FORTITUDE- courage, stick with it in the face of pain/adversity. The only negative...Read full review »

Matthew’s 10,000 No podcast is the positive vibe you didn’t know you needed. We all face adversity, be it a career, an injury, or something completely out of left field! Loved the rawness of the episode with Chuck MacLean. Favorite line “Next time you start your car will be the last time you start your car.” The podcast is absolutely inspiring, but what sets it apart is every guest’s guard seems to come down and they just talk like no one is listening.
