Disappointing
It’s a great concept, ineptly handled. The emphasis seems to be whether the discussants LIKE the albums rather than their contribution or history. The conversation often begins with sweeping pronouncements about how much the folks dislike a whole genre. The banter is annoying, and the commentary is juvenile. I don’t like every album on the list, but there are reasons each holds a place on the list. It would be great to have a different cast of characters tackle this topic.
