Listening to this podcast was like being invited to a public celebration of how incredible a woman’s body is. It is well researched and so very well told. It made me feel inspired, empowered and ever so glad I was born into a woman’s body! That says a lot when the world constantly makes women...Read full review »

I learned a lot from this series. It covers a variety of topics many girls and women never hear discussed. I never learned 90% of this in health class, and have had to piece meal this into my adult years, and I still learned new things!! It continues to show how far girls and women have to go to...Read full review »

India, thank you for your work, your attitude, and effort. Such a kind and warm ambiance you've created. I listened to an episode that resonated deeply with my own experiences, particularly regarding my menstrual cycle. It was the most interesting journey to my periods I’ve ever had....Read full review »

My goodness. I cannot express what this podcast meant to me. I hope the fact that this is the first ever review I’ve left on a podcast can speak to that. It is wild to me that I’m 26 and SO much (most?!) of what is discussed in this series was new to me. Thank you for talking about it!!!!!! The...Read full review »

I thought of myself as a relatively informed person about women’s health, but there were so many jaw dropping pieces of information about having a female body in this world, and it has completely transformed how I approach my healthcare and my period. I share this podcast with everyone I know,...Read full review »

Great info, well researched and well structured. I wish there was no background music throughout because it’s quite distracting and even anxiety raising.

Super informative! Although I am relatively “in tune” with understanding my cycle, this podcast helped me understand my body, emotions, reactions even more. So helpful!

What a fascinating and insightful podcast. So much I didn’t know and which I had earlier. This podcast is really helping me to understand why I feel as I do during perimenopause and educate my daughters too especially with the emotional effects each month. Congrats to everyone involved. Found this so informative and valuable to listen to in line with my cycle. My only criticism is that the music is at times sinister sounding and plays over quiet speech which I find distracting and an odd choice for the topic.

I can’t remember how I came across this but I’m so glad I did. I’ve learnt so much, it’s felt like a friend in my pocket. India, if you’re reading this, thankyou so much. I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed this.

Amazing podcast - I’m nearly 40 and have massive gaps in my knowledge about my cycle and periods - this was fascinating to listen to, the short episodes were bite sized to take in the info (and I made a point synching up the episodes for curiosities sake as well!).

Great podcast and so empowering for women but spoilt by a complete lack of northern voices (all are southern). Would be some much better if it represented women all around the country.

I am amazed at how ignorant I have been of my own body for 30 plus years. It’s criminal. This podcast is enlightening. I’ve never felt motivated to rate a podcast before, but this one deserves it. Haven’t listened to all of it yet, but already love the format of short episodes for each day of the cycle. Have learned a lot, wish I’d known these facts a long time ago. All women should listen to this!
