I’ve never thought of myself as a podcast listener but I love this podcast. I’ve told myself I’m too busy to listen and have missed a ton of them.....but then binge listened yesterday, some of them twice because I wanted to make sure I had all the info I needed from them. So easy to listen in the car, as you clean the kitchen, right before bed as you wind down for the day....really anytime! I no longer have small children in my home, my kids are grown & out of the house. There is still great info & resources for ANYONE who wants to work on themselves, their relationships with not only their family but others, anyone who works with kids, grandparents etc.... I love that Rachel includes the sources quoted by her guests so you can continue the topic of the week more in depth if desired. I also love that each takeaway is truly achievable & that Rachel is real & honest, because parenting is hard & everyone struggles at times.

I love this podcast and find myself looking forward to the new episode each week. Tips that are useful, but not overwhelming. Rachel and her guests leave you feeling inspired to be a better mom, but not anxious that you can’t do it. It’s perfect!

This is the perfect podcast for busy moms, it’s not too long... the perfect length for folding laundry, doing dishes or driving to and from somewhere, love all the ideas-that they’re completely doable and not overwhelming. And, I love Rachel’s voice.(both literally and figuratively:)
