Today on 420 Cloud’s Cannabis Connection your host Christina Hernandez is joined by founding member of the National Latina Women Business Owner's Association, Julia Sylva and Cali Premium Produce CEO Priscilla Vilchis. Julia has a remarkable background. At the age of 20; she was elected as the youngest and first Latina elected to the City Council for the City of Hawaiian Gardens, California. She brings over thirty (30) years experience as an elected public official and public policy-maker. She is active in the community and provides pro bono services to nonprofit organizations that seek to empower the community. The city of Lynwood, California recently provided approval for 13 applicants to receive preliminary cannabis business licenses. Priscilla Vilchis became the only minority, female CEO to win one of the few cultivation and processing licenses in Los Angeles County.
