Thank you for making a podcast talking about and for women over 40. Great to have something in this field. Can I please ask though - one of your hosts made a recent throw away comment about drinking lots of water and needing to go to the toilet all the time. Please consider having a pelvic...Read full review »

I usually walk around listening to podcasts while I’m doing other things. This series has me sitting, listening intently because I don’t want to miss a thing. The guests are so interesting, the hosts good fun and engaging and the content to me at 55 is spot on. I feel like I’m chatting with mates...Read full review »

I feel like I’m still working out of this show will cover the important things. I worried more time wasn’t given to Rose the single and childless 43 year old who was airing her concerns and became quite emotional. I didn’t like how she was not really given much time and it felt like she was...Read full review »

The sandwich generation is my reality! I’ve got a 2 year old and a 4 year old! My mum has been diagnosed with dementia and has recently entered a man aged care home. The time and management it has taken to get here has been crazy! Goodluck to others goi g through it! Allie said something great...Read full review »

Thanks for the podcast. I found it enjoyable but wondered why the panel were women only in their 40s. Consider having a panel with ladies of different ages who can provide ideas, stories and experiences across the ages. 40s, 50s, 60s are completely different in health, mindset, physiology,...Read full review »

Thank you for raising subjects that have made me go ‘oh! ’ & ‘aha’ & ‘yes I agree’ & ‘thank God it’s not just me’ !! Great, relevant content delivered with taste & humour. Oh, BTW…. I actually wore my crazy oversized earrings to work today after listening to Carlii Lyon on...Read full review »

Amazing and lovely and so much better than the the supposed “beauty expert “ on Mamamia lea Campbell whose greatest accomplishment is talking about herself and her baby journey only to write an article about why she ??? Regrets the child or other podcasts held by twenty somethings who think the...Read full review »

Promoted as 40, 50, 60s but the two commentators are in their 40s. Nothing against either of them as they are very likeable and relatable but I’d love to have had a woman in their 60s or late 50s included in the commentator role. Still feeling a little forgotten post menopause and still living.

Great pod for women - so good to be recognised and to have these topics discussed for once.Mia freedman is usually the only one talking to this audience proactively- live her too. Loved Monica on 2nd ep - she was so happy to be her true self! Great example of people all being different and unique...Read full review »

Thanks for doing a show like this. Doctor Dear was enormously helpful. I’m 71 and she laid the menopause journey out well, especially the variables of symptoms, age and categories. The information on dry vagina was enlightening. I admire the hosts but didn’t enjoy so much giggling like school...Read full review »

I enjoyed the conversations but would like less of the f word. Such an unnecessary word to sprinkle into the meaningful discussion

Good info. Would’ve been better if both hosts have been either in peri or menopause but enjoyed it and glad to hear from actual Dr.

Amazing new pod for Cath Mahoney, and so extremely relevant for women. Touching on subjects some people find hard to talk about openly or some may not have a parent, sister or female Dr to chat too comfortably. Highly recommend xx
