Excellent host and top guests
The host does an exemplary job interviewing on the topic of nutrition and health issues I actually want to hear about. Her choice is guests are the top voices in the field of meat based health and I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Thank you Rina!

Accessible and helpful
This is my favorite health podcast and I listen to several. The host is informative, humble and listens to the guests. She says when she’s tried something and it hasn’t worked.
