“This podcast was part of my morning Google Home feed. With the addition of the blaring, seemingly 20min ad for ZipRecruiter I have removed it. I appreciate and listen to ads in podcasts. But two ads in one short podcast for the same company is ridiculous. And the longer ad is annoyingly repetitive and much too long, given the brevity of the actual podcast.
