An absolute must-listen if you have ever been interested in the workings and incredible failings of the Supreme Court. Each host has an interesting and unique perspective (especially valuable to feature a defense attorney for death penalty cases) and they have clearly done a lot of research to make complex legal topics easy to understand for the uninitiated. Plus they curse which is frankly really cool and makes me feel like an adult.
