Let Down :(
Was super excited to listen to this podcast, as a law student in my final year I love nerding out over Supreme Court decisions especially the controversial ones that are decided on ideological lines of 5-4. This podcast was awful, no real honest breakdown of the law in any objective way. The authors of the podcast have a tone as if they are speaking down to everyone from their ideological ivory tower, while in fact they sound like whinny children. Listened to the first episode, and was extremely turned off by it, gave it another chance and listened to the Terry v. Ohio episode and again just baseline nonsense. Awful!

I would recommend (and have been recommending) this podcast to anyone and everyone, because it’s hilarious and relevant to so many laws and processes that affect our daily lives. Plus, it’s just delightfully validating to hear some funny, intelligent people roast the heck out of the Supreme Court.
