Super interesting but hosts can be biased
Disclaimer: I am a democrat and consider myself fairly liberal. I feel like I have to say this because from reading other reviews it seems people think the only criticisms for this podcast are coming from conservatives. I think this podcast is incredibly interesting and informative, but I have to admit the blatant biases of the hosts are a bit off putting. For example, the hosts have an extreme bias against business and finance. They laugh at how they would never take a corporate law class or trash talk the idea of someone who “works in finance”. Coming from a liberal tax accountant (yes we exist!), I don’t love the generalizations that all business is bad. The hosts are very smart and I do enjoy listening to this podcast, but I feel like they alienate lots of listeners like me. Another reviewer commented on how this could be an echo chamber for some people and I think those listeners won’t understand my criticisms unfortunately. I just wish the hosts would check their biases a bit and avoid some of the over generalizations!

The hosts plunge into some of the Court’s darkest (recent) moments, offering in-depth analysis and good humor. You’ll leave infuriated about the state of the world but laughing through the existential terror. And that’s the best we can hope for these days.

I really wanted to like this podcast. The constant laughing and giggling took the seriousness away from what could’ve been a great listen. Waste of time.
