“I have only listened to the first one. I wish it was more objective. I don’t mind the cursing but it is obvious from the get go the lawyers involved are upset Bush won the election. This could have been so much more. I did not agree with the Court’s decision on this case but this podcast is a little over the top. Point out the bias on both sides of the aisle in the Supreme Court. It has the ability to be better.”
