Failing to understand
I’m failing to understand, How you are doing 75 hard. First please don’t look at this as an attack you anything you have done. As I’m sure this “program” you guys are doing is helping you. However you aren’t actually doing “75 Hard”. Andy Frisella 75 hard has 5 very easy steps. 1. Drink 1 gallon of water a day 2. 2 45 min workouts, 1 of the workout has to be outside. 3. Follow a diet. Doesn't matter what diet just follow it. 4. Read 10 pages in a non Fiction book. 5. Take a progress picture daily This will take place for 75 straight days and if you fail at one of them you start over. Andy also talks about this program isn’t going to be easy and also won’t be for everyone. So as a follower of Andy and someone who works out but not ready to take on 75 hard myself because I know it’s going to be rough. I ask you to please do the right program or please change the title of your podcast. So its not taking away from the people how are really putting in the work. A better title maybe “my take on how i take on my day”. Thank you.Read full review »

Couple things. First, the host calls it the 75 Hard “Challenge”. It’s not a challenge. It’s a program and that’s said over and over again. The host changes the program. Doesn’t do the 2 workouts “but keeps going”. Yea I’m not going to sit here and have this bastardize the program. Not a good look.

You can’t change the rules of the program to suit you. Andy clearly states there is no changing rules . Two workouts are required which makes it hard . There is no seventy five hard lite program .
