“this is my fav podcast so far! Lily’s intros don’t feel like the classic podcast intros. They feel more like check-ins with a friend (which i love). my fav episodes are the ones where Lily shared helpful tips (mental habits, morning routines, etc.) and i LOVE her journaling prompt episodes (literally got me into journaling). i listen to this podcast in the gym usually, and it’s super motivating because i look forward to listening to 80/20pod, therefore i look forward to working out. i definitely recommend listening to THIS podcast is you’re trying to get into podcasts. it’s the best. 🫶🏻”
