my fav!! 🫶🏻
this is my fav podcast so far! Lily’s intros don’t feel like the classic podcast intros. They feel more like check-ins with a friend (which i love). my fav episodes are the ones where Lily shared helpful tips (mental habits, morning routines, etc.) and i LOVE her journaling prompt episodes (literally got me into journaling). i listen to this podcast in the gym usually, and it’s super motivating because i look forward to listening to 80/20pod, therefore i look forward to working out. i definitely recommend listening to THIS podcast is you’re trying to get into podcasts. it’s the best. 🫶🏻

Lily makes my week! Such a good listen. All of my friends started listening and we are all so obsessed. Such a no-pressure but motivating listen. She makes me feel so validated no matter where I am in my life. Seriously a must-listen! She kills it every episode!

I really like the direction this podcast is going! When it was all about health and wellness I couldn’t relate as much. But now that Lily has a 9-5 she is definitely more relatable and inspirational! You really can feel how happy she is and I love that!
