Straight from the main players, you get technical notes, studio stories and reminiscing on what went down.
Particularly recommended are the multiple episodes on Tears for Fears, where it seems only the tea boy remains uninterviewed! Musicians, producers, engineers, even A&R get to share their stories. All are fascinating.
Currently 2/3 of the way through Hugh Padgham, it’s compelling stuff.
