Just finished listening to every podcast. I appreciate every one of them, and kudos to Shelly for doing this and also LETTING the SUBJECTS TALk without interrupting them. Thanks to all for sharing, especially Will Jimena, Scott Strauss, Debby Borza and Arlene Bradley Lester Your heartfelt...Read full review »

Using a robotic voice? Or does it just sound like that because of all the chemicals he was breathing during the collapse? Still a truly amazing podcast.

I do remember 9-11 and I never forget. But the pain and narrative of Debbie Borza’s interview just cut right through me. I heard all the interviews thinking I can listen to them to get insights. But her interview made me feel what being touched by 9-11 felt like. Made me think of my granddaughter...Read full review »

I was born and raised in New York City but was not a resident of the city when this happened I have family members who worked for the fire department at that time so yes this is quite personal for me. While many may say it has been 20 years we should let it go I feel just the opposite I think...Read full review »

It is so important that we hear the stories of those who were there, who lost loved ones, and who survived. I applaud your efforts to educate everyone about the 9/11 I’ll eases that have stolen so many lives. As you say, 9/11 did not end on 9/11.

I listen to stories and experiences of those who experienced 9/11, and I was one. All I can hear is that this was a day our life was interrupted forever after. This 9-11-2001 attack, much like I imagine 12-7-1941 did at that time, changed the world.

Ads
I get that podcasts need to have ads every x amount of minutes in an episode, but PLEASE edit in some kind of audio transition instead of cutting off the speaker mid sentence to abruptly start an ad. Amazing stories and history, appreciate the efforts to document these otherwise.

Great podcast! Just listened to the Kirsten Gillibrand episode and I thought the host did a nice job calling her out on the 9/11 healthcare bill. I thought Gillibrand’s response was laughable, as well as saying she was a “young lawyer” in 2001 and SHE KNEW the air at ground zero was toxic before...Read full review »

Didn’t like how he kept referencing treatment by police insinuating that they thought of him as suspicious because he was British or even though “I am white” he didn’t fit the profile of a typical New Yorker. What does that mean???? New York is probably one of the most diverse cities in the...Read full review »
