Love the historic perspective + attempt to decolonize coffee
Thanks a lot for covering the history of how coffee started of, to how it’s gotten here (across the world). Would be great if you could interview a few planters&processors from coffee estates in India - like South India Coffee company & BeanRove.

More reviews of A History of Coffee
I have 15 years in coffee research and I still learned a lot from this podcast. I am recommending it to everyone starting a career in the coffee industry.

Once you filter out all the left wing, woke, anti-capitalist nonsense that the producers felt the need to include, there’s a fascinating history behind to be learnt about coffee. The book’s author, on which the podcast is based, is captivating. His cohost, however, is a nauseating Guardianista type.
