Fantastic!
It took me a while to get used to Andrew’s style of narration but I am so glad that I stuck with it as I’m learning so much from these well researched podcasts that provide so many links to other songs and artists. Those who criticise some of the song choices are perhaps not ‘getting it’. These are necessarily the best 500 songs - always a subjective list - but a historian’s perspective on what the key tracks are that tell the story of rock. It’s fantastic and a great complement to works like Bob Stanley’s’Yeah Yeah Yeah’.

Fantastic, well-researched podcast, that for me has contextualised the little bits of rock history I knew already into a cohesive story. Every new episode brightens my day.
