Very interesting
These podcasts are brilliant, very informative and interesting. If you listen to these, your knowledge will most definately expand. But...the music is bloody annoying (for me) and it would be better if he had a picture, but that's just me being picky.Read full review »

More reviews of A History of the World in 100 Objects
Where are the other 70 objects????? No place to send an email on here, otherwise I would ask them if they are planning on having more. I like the show. Short and sweet and I like trying to picture the object from the description they give. Wish they'd fire it back up!Read full review »

Both a study of the beauty of the things humankind has made and an insight into the scholarly thinking on what they can tell us about our origins and our nature. Enthralling listening.

Our combined world history is unfortunately mostly unknown and this programme introduces to all ages and interests a variety of objects in human history. I love the sense of humour in the monologues and presentations. Short and sweet = good podcasting.
