This is a interesting look into a famous cape cod murder. Typical ABC biased but well produced. A good listen!

Where is the rest of it? Also definitely feel like it was biased but I was interested in the story.

Decent production but extremely biased and literally no point. The man is guilty. More white guilt garbage

Fantastic host…fascinating case…. I was completely mesmerized from start to finish. Hope to hear more from Mark Remillard.

The man is completely guilty, and this clown has created a podcast trying to use some bs and technicalities to what? Let a guilty dude who clearly committed the crime while wasted go free? Absolutely messed up.

Really biased podcast in my opinion

Please stop background music etc. it’s distracting and irritating.

First and foremost, hats off to Christa’s friend for raising Ava to be a loving, affectionate, and intelligent young lady. Friends such as this woman are few and far in between. I think the guy that lived with her and his dad has something to do with it. I they both were there, the dad seen his...Read full review »

A well put together podcast, and whilst you’d really need a more in-depth look at the case it does seem as though this guy should have been found not guilty through lack of evidence.

The podcast is well produced and does a good job of telling a complicated story in audio format. Very interesting and well worth your time to listen.

Perhaps if I was invested in this case on the 90’s, I’d find it more interesting? In my opinion the podcast was short, dull, and boring. Covers one thing in full, then goes onto cover the next thing in full. No big shockers or unexpected twists. Not much mystery involved in the way the story is...Read full review »

I wanted a new podcast to listen to and saw this and so I was interested. I’m on the 4th episode and I’m already annoyed: the victim who sleeps around with random guys; the old married guy who was forced to basically pay child support with the victim. And then the disbelief the killer could have...Read full review »

Well produced; first podcast I have truly enjoyed in a long time. Has some similarities with stage setting ‘Serial.’ It’s so frustrating that the interrogation with Chris was not taped. Leaves so much doubt- Mark you did a good job laying out the holes. Please do a follow up when developments...Read full review »

The way it’s produced makes it sound like someone just recorded it off the TV and uploaded it.

Ok podcast. Not buying Chris McCowen’s bulls🤬🤬t explanation though.

Great podcast. Well worth a listen. This case is unbelievable. Apparently racism is now above DNA evidence (caught red handed!) but jurors deliberation is not sacrosanct if you happen to be white convicting a person of colour. SMH. What a joke!!!!

This is an entertaining podcast only because the story is compelling. The repeated claims of innocence is insulting to the intelligence of the listeners. You can listen to the interview in the last episode and know that he’s guilty. I can’t imagine that these journalists actually believe this guy...Read full review »

This person is obviously guilty.

This whole podcast is one giant eye roll🙄. It’s such a forced narrative of “innocence”. It’s presented as if someone is reading from an essay. If the narrator states who is talking one more time I’m going to lose it. We know who is talking... we can literally hear their voice. They were just...Read full review »

Drips of outrageously racist descriptions throughout. The podcast is a George Costanza effort by defense attorney to say all the stuff he could not say at trial. The man’s saliva was on her! Loved his dear old daddy calling him a playa! More #me too into the wood chipper! Bonus: ABC giving...Read full review »

This podcast is well put together and engaging. However, during the last couple episodes I feel as though the host was trying to convince me that the man convicted on the murder of a single mother in cape cod was innocent. It seemed a little bias to me when the information was presented....Read full review »

This was great. No extra chit chat just the podcast. He kept me intrigued. Episodes weren’t too short, weren’t too long. Full of details. Also: they have the right guy in jail. I am white and convinced this was a classic case of black man being held guilty for something he didn’t do. Disgusting

Well produced podcast about a tragic and interesting story! That part I appreciated. A driving theme of the podcast, however, is that because one juror (who obviously joined the unanimous “guilty” verdict) decided to get media attention later - and state that one member of the jury referred to...Read full review »

The way things are presented matters. This podcast felt flippant and gossipy. And I wish it didn’t gloss over rape, like it was hardly worth a mention. Still, my heart aches for what seemed like an intricate and marvelous woman with some sorry excuses for men in her life, and that little girl of...Read full review »

Really strong podcast and production. I think he’s innocent for sure and that the outcomes would be different if he was white. No forensic evidence, just semen that was broken down. He deserves a new trial.

How come every time black man is found guilty it comes about race? If Christopher was white , he still would be guilty. There’s no way in hell that woman invited him to and have sex on the floor. I found this to be a well done podcast on the production level. Are they a bit biased sometimes trying to make it look like he’s innocent yes. I heard nothing in this podcast to make me think he is not guilty, and I never heard about the case before this. I was so annoyed by the reporter trying to push the not guilty agenda, I watched two shows online about the story afterward and I still think he is guilty.

I’m fairly new to podcasts and I’ve been binge listening for around a few months now.
