Brilliant
Fascinating podcast. I feel that Baddiel does his absolute best to understand Sayeeda’s views yet it’s not always reciprocated. E.g. during latest pod about Gideon Falter I felt Baddiel was articulating brilliantly what a lot of us liberal-secular Jews feel - that how non-Jews feel about us should be independent of our views of Israel. But Sayeeda’s rationale that Falter is linked to settlements (by a chain of four) precludes him from being on the end of antisemitism demonstrates exactly the issue Baddiel is trying to point out. As an atheist-Jew, I would love them to GO THERE about religion a bit more. And whether it should be analysed/criticised as a true-false or not.

Really enjoying listening and learning about different perspectives. An example of how to have conversations about challenging subjects and not attack the other persons perspective.

Just stumbled upon this podcast and it’s really thought provoking and brilliant that the two hosts respectfully yet firmly discuss pressing current events and acknowledge each other’s identity politics with facts and sensitivity.

Sayeeda is an absolute queen and a role model for all Muslim women. She comes with facts and has an answer for everything that is put to her. Love the podcast.
