I’m so disappointed that Nicole is not present in recent episodes. Her warm intelligence and compassion are missed. She brought the show to life.

I really love Nicole’s voice and perspective on the show, my favorite episode by far is Identity Grammar. Listening made me feel seen and understood in a ways nothing else ever has.

Stimulating & Fascinating! Charlie & Nicole explore topics that we consciously or subconsciously struggle with every day- helping to define and refine these thoughts. I come away from the episodes with a greater understanding of self and a greater understanding of those around me.

enjoying the series about narcissism however i would remind that being in a relationship with a narcissist can be very difficult and damaging and i wouldn’t want to diminish these experiences and put responsibility on one who chooses to leave such a relationship - i am learning a lot, thank you

As clinician interning at a fully adherent DBT clinic, Dr. Swenson’s podcast is incredibly useful both personally and professionally. Dr. Swenson’s ability to explain DBT and the various DBT skills is second to none. He artfully takes deceptively simple skills, such as the skill of “Observation”,...Read full review »
