David McBride is up for a jail sentence of ‘UNLIMITED YEARS’ after he blew the whistle on astonishing accounts of misconduct and warcrimes by Australian special Forces in Afghanistan. He did this six years ago — 2017! He’s been in legal limbo ever since. But now he’s forced the Australian Defence Force into court in November, and will have his moment to show he was just, and right to release the information he did.
