Today With Kristi Hopper:
Hi, welcome to A Well Designed Business! Today, Kristi Hopper shares a deeply personal and challenging experience as we talk about a situation that, sadly, has happened to others before: to discover that a long-trusted employee had been embezzling funds. Kristi bravely opens up about the emotional toll this betrayal took on her, the lessons learned, and the importance of implementing checks and balances in our businesses. Join us as we explore the realities of trust, the hard truths of small business ownership, and how we can protect ourselves from similar situations in the future.
