“55 years ago, my grandmother, a fiery redhead immigrant from Scotland, came to America, fell in love with a Mexican immigrant, and moved back to Mexico with him. Needless to say she learned Spanish.
I sat with her as a child while while she taught me different Spanish phrases. Something about how she taught made it so easy, it was almost intuitive.
As an adult, I've long since forgotten the Spanish I learned, but never forgot that "Oh! I get it!" feeling I got when she taught. Even after 14 credit hours of college Spanish, I never felt (and never learned) like I did back then with her.
Until Master of Memory Spanish!!
This new version of the podcast is even better than the old version. Every time I listen to an episode I get that "got it!" feeling again.
I Can't recommend it enough to anyone who commutes to work. Just play and learn! I've got my wife listening now, and we walk around saying things like "De verdad es Marcos!"
And "cool, I like lizards"
