This podcast imprints important language staples into your mind. Some of the mental images are kind of weird, but their ridiculousness helps me to quickly recall the concept I'm looking for. I've been studying Spanish in school and on my own, but Joel's misadventures make it easier to remember how to talk about something. I like the parallel Timothy uses about learning to speak Spanish in the same way you'd put on a British accent.
