“First off, I find a lot of podcasts to be annoying because the hosts are so in love with themselves and find themselves so charming and love the sound of their own voices. LEIGH FOSTER is NOT annoying. Leigh Foster has a wonderfully soothing non-grating voice and he's a great listener. He’s humble and thoughtful. His guests are FANTASTIC, intelligent, insightful and entertaining. Leigh will often relate an experience of his own to his guest’s story in a relevant and non-rambling way. You know the kind of person who can’t wait until it’s their turn to shine and one-up the current storyteller with their own fascinating tidbit? That’s not Leigh.
I’ve been in this crazy business for almost 10 years and have enjoyed success as an actor and I LEARN SOMETHING NEW every time I listen. Sometimes what you learn is so unbelievably simple but genius you walk away going, “holy mother of pacino, why wasn’t I doing this for the last 75 million years?”
This podcast is like a delicious new restaurant with excellent service and great ambience - like one where you hope that enough people go so that it stays in business, but not so much that you can’t get a reservation.
