WARNING!! This podcast will CHANGE your life!
In my entire 35 years of life - I have never felt more understood or validated than I do when I listen to these phenomenal episodes… I understand now why I have the obstacles I have - and why it is that I am always so lousy with certain things that others don’t seem to have problems with, such as time management for one… Getting to places on time has always been something that I have deeply struggled with, and I can’t seem to get a handle on this humiliating downfall of mine. Understandably - I end up infuriating a lot of people who end up having to wait for me… I have worked so hard at getting a grip on this problem, and I constantly fail - time again. The ADHD Experts are insatiably brilliant - They are so very validating in the way they fully understand our specific types of struggles. Each episode offers a plethora of amazing tips, tricks and outstanding resources that have been an incredible help to me. I can’t say enough good things about this podcast - if you have a child, spouse, relative or close friend who struggles with ADHD - You really ought to consider listening to at least a few episodes from this podcast…. You will understand and relate to them on a level that you probably never even know was possible. It has the potential to even be marriage saving - these episodes are THAT good… Finally - If you yourself have ADHD - Please consider subscribing to this podcast, and listening to just one episode per day. (2 episodes per day is fine - but definitely no more than 3 per day - its too much info to retain within such a short period of time.) I can’t thank these folks enough - my family is so much happier and we are all functioning better and better every day… :)

There is likely great information in these podcasts but I’ll never know. The audio quality is so poor I can’t listen. To everyone who has a podcast, consider the medium with which you are spreading your message. Invest in a good microphone. It makes your podcast sound professional and legitimate.
