I typically enjoy listening to the podcast, but the political ad at the beginning of today’s episode was a focus killer.

I hardly listen to this show because of how harsh and jarring the audio quality is. I wrote this as I listen to ep 516, It sounds like the host is yell-talking as though she’s trying to speak across the table in a loud, crowded restaurant over a speakerphone. If I can recommend a very easy and...Read full review »

Sorry but my ADHD can’t do the horrible audio and painfully dry delivery even if the content might be great. Couldn’t tell you because it’s just that bad.

It’s weird how this woman keeps urging for us to find someone to help us but always relegated to recommending “coaches” but never mentioned therapists. I’m sorry but as a client, I’d rather rely on a therapist than someone as dubious as a “life coach”. Heavy peddling of these sham services. ...Read full review »

some of these guests are basically calling adhd kids lazy, feckless, obstinate, disobedient, and telling parents how to control behavior rather than modify their own expectations and offer intelligent, effective, support. It's just a bad vibe. 😑 run away. the clinical "we're...Read full review »

I have been mislabeled my entire life. Never really understanding my own self. Ep 281 is my favorite, but as a teacher of students with ADHD, parent of one ADHD and one regular child, and a carrier of ADHD myself, this entire show is absolutely enlightening!!! So much to understand and so much...Read full review »

Some of these episodes contradict other episodes. I am not even sure how to help my daughter because one episode says one thing and another episode say absolutely do not do this. I’m actually really bummed. Because I finally felt like I was learning. But now I’m more confused. Don’t comfort the...Read full review »

I’m learning sooo much from this podcast as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult! The scientific information and practical strategies are both really helpful. I do agree with other reviews I’ve seen about the poor audio quality, though. It can make it really hard to listen to because...Read full review »

I've listened to this podcast off and on for years. The context is so helpful but theaudio remains tinny and extremely poor quality (some worst of any podcast I've listened to) . For such important subject matter it seems a few dollars could be spent on a better mic/audio..?Read full review »

If it weren’t for the promotion of supplements as a way to treat adhd symptoms (ones that have no evidence of efficacy), and the audio quality, this would be a great resource.

While this podcast gave out a lot of useful information, there’s also false information here. The intro is way too long and the audio quality is atrocious, worse than radio. Who is the target audience? Surely not me, who expects to have an on point episode which excites for the research on the subject, rather than explains how to interact with a „webinar”, which this is not…

Absolutely agree…. Great stuff but way too long for a regular easy sitting between jobs. Even at 1.5 or 2x speed. 30min or so would be way more effective…. And result in more listens, and listeners.

For an Inattentive ADHDer these podcasts are far too long! They are interesting and insightful, good range of content, but I need to listen to them on 1.5x speed to get through them 😮‍💨 Please consider reducing the niceties and length of advertising during the intro.
