Exciting and calming at the same time
I’m an adult in my 50’s with ADHD. I find the podcast topics to be so relatable which for me creates a sense of excitement and ultimately a sense of calm.

The title says it all. Maybe it's just my ADD, but the sound quality makes it almost impossible to get through an episode. I really hope this gets fixed because I want very badly to listen. Love the concept but I often fall of bc it takes too long to get to the point. Wish you would start with the point/conclusion and then elaborate, instead of the other way around
