The podcast I really needed
I hope the creators of this podcast read this review because I want to thank them for putting this podcast out there. I’m in my mid 30’s and have had a pretty “bad case” of ADHD all my life. I was dealing with it pretty well in my adult years until I had twins. They’re 5 now and during the last 5 years I have been battling this condition non stop and really beating myself up along the way. When I found this podcast, and specifically the episodes geared towards women with ADHD I finally had what I was going through explained to a T in words. It was such a relief and such a justification to hear that I wasn’t alone and that all these things were all just part of my adhd. I have actually shared full episodes with the people closest to me as a way to explain why I am the way I am in a way that they could understand and of course when it’s coming from experts, it’s much easier for them to take it seriously. My mom was actually in tears when she was finished and apologized for being so hard on me and was blown away by how accurately they described me and why I am this way. Please continue to make content directed at adult women as there isn’t a lot out there (as you know). This podcast has given me so much and I thank you a million for making it.

What I mean by poor quality - the host sounds like she has a sore throat, and the call-in guests often...Read full review »
