Most relatable content for ADHD Aussie Mums!
I found this podcast after I started to figure out I had ADHD. I went looking for adhd adult content to validate what I was thinking plus actually figure out if I was on the right track. I enjoyed listening to some UK podcasts but I just didn’t find them relatable enough. While we are all human and many struggles are universal, the cultural differences even among western countries is big and I really wanted to hear from someone who “spoke my language” so to speak. Someone who talked about wrestling their kids into the car for swimming lessons and sensory issues with school uniforms in the summer. I typed in “ADHD Australia” and I’m so glad ADHD Mums popped up. I found everything I was looking for, such helpful info about our healthcare system and stories that I laugh out loud about.
