As a late diagnosed ADHD’er and mum, this podcast has provided me with such a sense of belonging, I feel like for the first time in my life I fit in somewhere. The amount of validation from Jane’s stories and experiences and those of the guest speakers, women I have never met, has been profound...Read full review »

I have been at war with myself since I became a mother 2.5 years ago (and well before) and this podcast has really made me feel seen and less isolated. I am not a diagnosed mumma yet but I resonate with everything. Jane is so honest and asks all the hard questions and her guests are so diverse...Read full review »

If I could write thank you 1 million times I would, but we all know that my ADHD brain would find that impossible for numerous reasons. Seriously though, I’m so glad I found this podcast! I don’t know how many times I have yelled out “yeesss me too!” while listening. Jane is raw, honest and intelligent, as are all her guests. Jane shares every mums experience where we “know what we are meant to do” but because of our own ND or the consistency of it all, we can’t always put it in...Read full review »

This podcast has been such a significant help to me in my own journey to understand my own neurodivergence. I can’t thank you enough for the raw, refreshingly honest and open look at the messiness that is ADHD mum life.

In true ADHD fashion I felt like writing a review today and opened this to find an incomplete review of the first episode 🤣 I started listening on maternity leave and laughed at relating to having a list and jobs to achieve, like who does that? Love having an Australian accent to listen to. Super helpful and interesting podcast on ADHD. I was diagnosed at age 40 and have found it confusing/surprising/exciting to understand why I am the way I am. Jane is easy to listen to and has had some wonderful interviews with different people.

I found this podcast after I started to figure out I had ADHD. I went looking for adhd adult content to validate what I was thinking plus actually figure out if I was on the right track.
