Thank you
Hi, I just want to say thank you, to you and your podcasts and your guests. I never realised I had adhd until going through a diagnosis for my child (very overwhelming) I’m undiagnosed myself though I relate to so many of your segments and been treated with depression and postpartum in the past the treatment didn’t help. By listening to you I feel validated, still crazy and low dependent on the moment but a lot of your podcasts hit home for me. Oh and the story you told of your friend not being able to find her keys while being robbed was hilarious and not because it was funny but cause I understood how she couldn’t find her keys I wait on bated breath for your weekly podcast releases, so thank you.

I found myself nodding along - validation. It’s a tough gig being an ADHD mum with neurospicy children. I look forward to listening to future episodes.

I was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADHD at 36 and my god did it hit me like an absolute tonne of bricks. Today listening to your first episode, I cried the whole 20 mins knowing I’m not alone and that I can move forward. Thank you!
