Best ADHD podcast
This podcast has such a good mix of evidence based information, expert advice and personal insight and lived experience. My favourite time and place to listen is when I'm alone driving in the car. Usually on the way to pick up my kids from school (running late) or on my way to a job interview or meeting (queue RSD, imposter syndrome, remembering too late I've forgot something important). It's the best remedy for feeling not alone, not weird, not like I'm a 'bad' person. I've learnt so much, gained so much insight into my own brain, how others things and deepend my understanding of my children's brains. Recommend listening to this!! 5 out of 5 worth your time.Read full review »
