Relatable, Australian and interesting interviews!
In true ADHD fashion I felt like writing a review today and opened this to find an incomplete review of the first episode 🤣 I started listening on maternity leave and laughed at relating to having a list and jobs to achieve, like who does that? I did too! Now back at work and this is on my weekly rotation of podcasts. I love that we have an Australian women and Mum focused ADHD podcast. I have found it is easy to listen to and follow along. I especially love the interview episodes for their shared and distinct experiences. Sometimes I find myself wondering how these women are able to articulate themselves so well, and it helps me in trying to verbalise and externalise my own experience. It’s also helping me figure out how and what I want to work on in the future!

Love having an Australian accent to listen to. Super helpful and interesting podcast on ADHD. I was diagnosed at age 40 and have found it confusing/surprising/exciting to understand why I am the way I am. Jane is easy to listen to and has had some wonderful interviews with different people.
