Boring
Content and organization of the podcasts are boring. Looking for something a little more relevant and timely , more interesting.

Needs improvement
Podcast has tremendous potential but is suffering from a couple of things. Carpenter is a poor interviewer who needs to shorten his questions and focus on the guest.
