“History Hit has really outdone themselves with this one. I subscribe to a few of the History Hit network podcasts, and while I’m not crazy about all of them, overall they have a pretty good range of stuff. This one, though, is probably my new favorite (Not Just the Tudors is competition). These two hosts have great chemistry, the production is excellent, the sound quality is perfect, and the storytelling is compelling. They’re very well researched, and the delivery is very natural and not so stiff that it sounds like they’re reading woodenly from a script. The discussion is lively and very interesting, and is probably my favorite thing about this podcast. I appreciate the excellent topics, but I especially like that the hosts discuss their views and ask questions. Thanks to Anthony Delaney and Maddy Selling, and the History Hit network for adding another great podcast to the lineup.”
