“My wife and I are Realtors, own several rental properties and had been studying the idea of getting into Airbnb for while, then I started to listen to your podcasts, learned about Airbnb arbitrage. I got so many ideas from your guests, that I felt comfortable enough to ask one of our clients if they would rent us their condo and allow to turn it into an Airbnb. We offered him a monthly fixed payment and a percentage of what the place was making.
