“Absolutely love this new find! Was looking for road-trip fodder and this came up, so my brother and I listened to them back to back! Absolutely fantastic stuff! The fact that US soccer is a main focus--but not the only main focus--results in a balanced, informative, and exciting podcast for soccer veterans and noobs alike!
Lalas is his usual animated self, his love for the Jogo Bonito, the US team, and America in general shining through in his praise and criticism for many aspects of the sport here and abroad. David Mosse keeps him grounded in reality when he starts to get a bit too exuberant at times, but the pair's love for the game is obvious and unashamed at all times. With the World Cup coming up, one of their main segments (the World Cupdate) is devoted to it, which gives me the depressing suspicion that this cast will end after the WC, but it'll certainly persist through the tournament!

“You guys took an old podcast, deleted all the episodes, changed the name, then used the same page to make Alexi Lalas’ podcast so the reviews weren’t 1 star. All of the reviews are from 3 years ago for a podcast that doesn’t exist anymore! It’s obvious! How can you be so naïve and careless?”
