“I was really excited about the content but I cannot- CANNOT- listen to this host. I’m not trying to be mean, the content is good but he has the most unnatural way of spreading that makes is impossible to listen to. It actually gives me anxiety. It’s monotone and then he drops his voice at the end of the sentence.
Please please get this man a voice coach/speech therapist. I swear my laptop’s crappy “text to speech” function sounds more natural and that is a terrible computer voice.
I’m sorry, I tried. I wanted to follow this podcast but I just had to give up lest I stab myself in the face if I had to listen to this maddening narrator for one more minute. Did no one listen to this before they approved it? It’s so so SO hard to listen to, why would you green light a narrator who sounds like this?
Shame. Truly. The concept is fascinating.”
