Description
PART TWO: In this episode, Demi places Daniella in the hot seat to chat about her favourite thing in the world - the MENSTRUAL CYCLE. As a budding Cycle Coach, Daniella is passionate about breaking taboos and normalising the conversation around the experience of the monthly cycles.
We are so excited to be speaking about this, there needs to be more awareness of the power we hold within and the way we can support our body when it communicates with us.
As cyclical beings, the first step in supporting the self is always acknowledging our unique and individual experiences.
By the end of this 2 part episode, we can guarantee you will walk away with a spark of curiosity and a new fun fact or two to take away.
