“While over the years many of my podcasts have gone in and out of rotation ARYNBF has always been a must listen. That cast has changed over the years and now is a rotating Thursday cast that I have come to love. Most recently the Monday Daniel shows are my favorite. As a married 40 something I relate to their discussion. I can not recommend this show enough for some great discussion to get your mind off of everyday stress.”
