On this episode of the Alix Turoff Nutrition podcast, Alix sits down with Paige Heiden, MS, RD to announce her new role at Alix Turoff Nutrition and catch up since their last podcast episode.   Paige is a Registered Dietitian from central New Jersey. As a young adult, Paige struggled with her weight and saw nutrition as a way that could help her improve her stamina on the soccer field. Conquering these challenges led her to discover her interests in food and chemistry. Once she realized she could put the two together, she began chasing her dream of becoming an RD.    Paige received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Delaware in June of 2019. She then went on to continue her education in Rutgers University’s School of Health Professions’ Entry-Level Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition program. She received her master’s degree in clinical nutrition in January of 2021 and successfully passed the RD exam in March of 2021!
